Cancel or return:
If you need to return the goods, you need to contact our customer service email (support@glvproducts.us)
Tell us the reason for returning the goods.
You can call our customer service to cancel the order before shipping.
We hope you are 100% satisfied with your order! If you are not satisfied for any reason, please return the product within 5 working days, and we will provide you with a return service. Without prior authorization, returns will not be accepted. Before returning any product, you should call our customer service for authorization.
A 10% fee may be charged for returned or canceled orders, and round-trip shipping will be charged to the customer. Return requests will not be accepted 3 working days after receipt of the order. (We reserve the right to refuse any return request)
Claim:
We inspect the merchandise and take great care during packaging and transportation to ensure delivery in good condition. Therefore, please check your merchandise before receiving it and indicate all damages and missing items on the bill of lading. The claim must be indicated on the bill of lading and first reported to the shipping company.
We must receive your claim within 5 working days after delivery.
Refund
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you to let you know the approval of your refund. Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please allow 10 days for us to receive and process your return.
Products marked with “Final Sale” and customized sales cannot be returned or refunded.
